About Meredith

I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development, which led me to become a caregiver. With five years of experience caring for children between the ages of 0 and 11, I can comfortably care for up to three children at a time. My goal is to make a positive impact on children's lives while supporting families. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and create a welcoming environment. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, educational games, and technology-based games with children. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup, send regular text or phone call updates, and follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English.
