About Rachael

Hello! My name is Rachael, and I've been working around children for about 15+ years! It started through family, watching younger siblings, to evening babysitting to full time/live in Nanny. I've stayed home with sick kids who couldn't go to school; I've taken a large group of kids to Dutch Wonderland; I was a nanny for my nephew until around 3 years old; I met 2 amazing families through Care. com and at one point lived with both of them! I worked at Goddard School for almost 4 years, as a First Steps teacher ages 12 mo to 18 mo- up to 5 little ones daily for learning, playing, feeding and napping! I am halfway through an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am currently about to have my first baby in June and will be available August/September to find a new, wonderful family to work with! I'm funny, energetic and I'm even cool in the eyes of those pre-teens! I am trained in Fire Safety and CPR & I have a background/criminal check and child abuse history clearances.
