About Sarah

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. With three years of experience providing home health, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility and physical activity. I'm also experienced in dementia care and medical management. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I respect the independence of those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I have some college education, a car, and am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I find immense joy in bringing comfort and support to others, and I look forward to the opportunity to care for your loved one.
