Icy water from Lake Erie, snow, rain and heavy winds created this car-icicle.

The vehicle was spotted parked along Route 5 in Hamburg, N.Y. near Buffalo.

A lake effect snow band was dumping about two inches of snow per hours on the region Monday morning.
