Bus catches fire on Vietnamese highway

Twenty passengers escaped unharmed on Saturday when a bus they were travelling in caught fire on a road in southern Vietnam.

A dramatic video showed the vehicle engulfed by flames at the side of a highway in Long An Province.

Passengers said the driver stopped the vehicle when they heard several explosions and saw smoke emanating from the bus.

Everyone on board was quickly evacuated and about five minutes later the blaze enveloped the vehicle.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire, according to local media.
