2 workmen buried under rubble as road collapses

This is the terrifying moment 2 workers were buried under the rubble of a road they were reconstructing in southeast China.

The video, captured in Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province on May 15, shows an excavator digging a foundation ditch with two workers standing in it.

However, a segment of the foundation ditch suddenly falls onto them. Other workers immediately leap down in order to try and rescue them.

One worker was killed in the accident. The other suffered minor injuries.
