South Sudan: hundreds of thousands displaced by severe flooding

Around 400,000 people have been displaced from their homes by severe floods affecting large swathes of South Sudan, according to the country's United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator. Heavy rains have hit areas that were already in dire need of humanitarian assistance.
