Flash floods submerge village in Vietnam overnight causing residents to move to rooftops

Parts of northern Vietnam have been deluged with flash floods causing some villages to become partially submerged.

Footage from Yen Bai shows the extent of the floods in the early hours of September 14.

Many homes were swept away and some people were many were injured after 10 hours of flooding battered the area.
