"Drunk" Pennsylvania Cop Accused of Racial Profiling Young Black Man in Diner

A young black man was enjoying some breakfast with his girlfriend when a cop began to harrass him. The officer refused to tell the man what he had done wrong. He even ran a full criminal history on him to try to arrest him.
