Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal filed his nomination for the upcoming bypolls to Rajya Sabha from Assam Assembly on Tuesday. CM Himanta Biswa Sarma was also present with him. Rajya Sabha polls will be held on October 4.
