Speed up passing laws on nicotine-laced vapes, says Khairy

Former Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin told reporters after giving a talk at UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday that the passing of regulations for nicotine-laced vape liquids must be sped up to avoid more serious public health risks.
