02:25 Nobody has interrogated the behavior of the private sector

02:31 under Yeltsin when they thought that they

02:35 were practicing democracy.

02:37 They can't try it in China, because China

02:43 is a one-party government.

02:45 And there are no pockets for you to exploit in order

02:51 to overthrow the government of China.

02:55 But I say that that's a debate for another day.
