00:16 Royal Mail never delivered all of them to every house. As such we're complaining about the

00:21 EV charges that are going to go into the lay-by and the paperwork that came out

00:27 stated that two bays will be permanent for use for EV charging only, thereby

00:32 removing two parking spaces for residents of Windward Close. That is unacceptable.
