00:00 here backstage with Justin Quiles who just stepped off the stage. How was it
00:04 performing? How were the vibes?
00:06 The vibes were incredible. We did a joint performance with the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico,
00:12 Justin Quiles, El Alfa, a new song we have called "Fiesta Loca" and it's incredible
00:19 because that song infects everyone. I think people listen to it and learn it quickly.
00:25 Everything Justin Quiles does is a hit. How did this collaboration with El Alfa come about?
00:30 When I wrote the song, I wrote it with some producers in the Dominican Republic and
00:36 I had it on hold for almost a year. I said I would show it to El Alfa when the time
00:42 was right because I had come from my crazy hit single "Yo Soy Loco" when I move it
00:47 like this. I said it's a bit that vibe so let me wait a year so I don't give it two
00:53 songs of the same kind. This year I released the joint with El Alfa and it's something
00:58 different and it's refreshing and delicious.
01:02 How many songs do you write per month?
01:05 I write a lot because I don't write just for myself, I write for a lot of artists.
01:09 I'm always writing, I don't know, sometimes I write 10 songs in a month, sometimes more.
01:16 I write a lot. I show them songs, I don't know, this one is for me, this one is for
01:22 this one, this one I'm going to do with this one, this one I'm going to give to this one.
01:28 New music, what can we expect for the rest of the year?
01:33 I have three very hard songs and it's a very different concept because I said to myself
01:38 what can I do that is different instead of releasing music because we are all releasing
01:42 music constantly. I said let's sit back and think about it. It's a love story in three
01:47 songs. It's not a story in one song, it's three songs that complete the love story.
01:53 It's like reggaeton, romantic, a little bit of everything like we say. The first one came
01:58 out, it's called La Verde, now La Manzana is coming out. In La Verde I'm basically
02:02 telling her to give me the opportunity to go look for her, give me the green light,
02:06 give me La Verde. And in the second one I say every time I bite you, I bite La Manzana.
02:10 I mean, I fall into sin with her. Every time I see her we fall into sin, into temptation.
02:15 And in the third one I say tell her that you lost, that bastard doesn't know how to treat you well.
