03:13 and some salt and some sugar and like maybe some alcohol.

03:20 A little ginger simple syrup, lime juice.

03:23 Probably pretty similar to yours, just without the booze.

03:38 Okay, and then there's like liquid coming, like pooling.

03:41 So when I tilt it,

03:42 it's gonna like start drilling out of the mouth.

03:45 That's pretty good.

03:51 Okay, so like I don't know what this is,

03:54 but I just feel like this isn't enough.

03:57 So I think I'm gonna like trim the top a little

04:01 and then try and give it like a Bart Simpson kind of look.

04:13 I mean, it's kind of in the name,

04:14 but it's too watery for me.

04:16 I like a denser fruit, like a peach.

04:20 Sarah, what's the weirdest recipe you've seen

04:24 involving watermelon?

04:26 I don't like grilled watermelon.

04:27 Yeah, that's a trend that I don't understand at all.

04:30 It looks cool, like with the sear marks.

04:31 It's like, oh wow, that looks really cool,

04:33 but I don't think it tastes that good.

04:35 It breaks down the texture too much

04:37 and it gets very mushy.

04:39 And I mean, watermelon is,

04:41 you don't have to overthink watermelon.
