00:07 At the moment, the shear line is the one that is affecting the northern and central Luzon.

00:15 So we expect cloudy skies with rains here in Cagayan Valley,

00:20 in Apayau, in Abra, and in Ilocos Norte, and in Oriental Mindoro.

00:29 Meanwhile, the shear line is affecting the southern Luzon area,

00:34 so we expect it to be cloudy in Quezon, Quezon Province, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas.

00:41 We expect it to be cloudy with heavy rains, lightning and thunder.

00:45 We are warning our fellow countrymen to be careful of the heavy rains,

00:49 especially in the past few days, because it is possible for the flood and earthquake

00:54 to hit the land and the surrounding areas.

00:59 For the time being, in the southern part of the Cordillera Administrative Region,

01:36 Aside from those weather systems, we are also monitoring for the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:44 This tropical depression, which occurred earlier at 3 pm, is the last seen at a distance of 1,465 km

01:53 in the northeastern part of Mindanao.

02:00 It is possible for a thunderstorm to hit the area.

02:02 This was issued earlier at 11 am in our Tropical Cyclone Advisory Zone.

04:45 For Tagaytay, 21 to 29 degrees Celsius. 15 to 23 degrees Celsius in Baguio and 25 to 32 degrees Celsius in Melegaspe.

04:57 For tomorrow in Eastern Visayas, it is still possible for the shear line to bring heavy rain.

05:03 And in the areas of Visayas and Mindanao, partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

05:08 there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

05:12 The temperature for Cebu and Tacloban is 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

05:18 For Davao, it is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

06:41 The temperature in Baguio will drop from 16 to 23 degrees Celsius.

06:47 In Legazpi, we expect that Wednesday to Friday,

06:51 the clouds will continue to pour with light rain,

06:54 lightning and thunder.

06:56 The shear line and the possible approach of the storm

07:01 will be the ones that will bring rain.

07:04 The temperature in Legazpi will drop from 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.

07:09 In Metro Cebu, we expect that until Wednesday,

07:13 partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of localized thunderstorms will continue.

07:19 But when it comes to Thursday and Friday,

07:22 the rain will start, and the possible shear line or the approach of the storm will be brought.

07:30 The temperature in Metro Cebu will drop from 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

07:36 In Metro Davao, the cloudy skies will continue until Wednesday.

07:42 But when it comes to Thursday and Friday,

07:45 the possible approach of the storm will be brought here in the Metro Davao area.
