00:18 So good afternoon everyone. As Mayor of Wigan Borough it is my privilege to welcome everyone to this celebration.

00:24 I'm very pleased to have in attendance the Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, Mrs Diane Hawkins.

00:29 The High Sheriff of Greater Manchester, Mrs Mary Elizabeth Walker.

00:34 So we also have our coronation champions in the room with us today.

00:40 And our Lord Lieutenant and our High Sheriff will be circulating that.

00:43 And I'm so proud of Wigan who really lead the way in the whole of Greater Manchester

00:48 by having an event like this to recognise people and groups who have gone out of their way to do exceptional things and been rewarded for them.
