The Royal Canberra Show is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday For the children now being treated in the Canberra Hospital and can't attend the show, a little piece of the show came to them on Wednesday in the form of their favourite show bag

01:01 I've had a little bit of a look through these show bags.

01:06 There's actually one in particular called the Sleep Scout,

01:09 which I held up to my team and I was like,

01:11 do I get sleep as a part of this?

01:13 But this looks really cool,

01:14 and I'm really sorry that this year

01:17 you're unable to go to the show,

01:19 but to be able to bring a piece of the show to you,

01:23 it warms our hearts, and it's both for you guys

01:25 and for the parents as well.

01:27 I've been a parent holding the hand of my little boy

01:31 here at the Canberra Hospital,

01:33 so I hope that these bring a smile to the kiddies' faces,

01:38 but also a smile to the parents' faces as well.

01:50 Bottom line, being in hospital sucks,

01:53 but being in hospital with a show bag

01:55 makes it suck a little bit less,

01:56 and that's what we're here for today.
