00:08 Here's the Eastern Conference right now today at Bed MGM.

00:12 Panthers at 4-1 are the favorite, then the Bruins, Hurricanes, Rangers, Leafs are 7,

00:18 then the Lightning Devils, Penguins, everyone else 30 or more.

00:22 I think it was either me and, it might have been me and Gabe yesterday talking about this

00:25 camp.

00:27 I don't like backing either of the teams that went to the Stanley Cup Final the year before.

00:32 I think it's very difficult to get all the way back to that point.

00:38 You had Florida with this great run through the East last year.

00:42 I feel like the East this year, you're going to get one of these chalk heavies, whether

00:46 it's Boston or the Rangers.

00:48 I feel like this is the year where one of those teams is going to come out of the East

00:52 and the Cinderella stories aren't going to happen in the Eastern Conference this year.

00:55 I got to be honest with you, Carver, Boston, to me, I have a different opinion of the Bruins

00:59 than other people.

01:00 I don't think they're as good as people think.

01:01 I think they got good goal-tending with Swayman.

01:03 I don't think they're deep enough and I think they're done in the playoffs.

01:06 The Panthers are tough, but I don't want to bet them at 4.

01:08 I think Seattle's Rangers are the play.

01:10 If I'm going to take a chalk team, Shosturkin hasn't even played his best hockey.

01:13 I think the Rangers are built very tough.

01:16 They can beat you in a lot of different ways, their goal-tending.

01:18 As crazy as this sounds, the Leafs at 7, no one's even given them a chance.

01:24 And I'm a fan, they usually gag, but that price is pretty nice, actually.

01:28 Remember, their goal-tender wall is out.

01:30 They've been playing Samsonoff and Jones and all, you know what I mean?

01:33 So if this kid comes back and he's actually healthy, it could be interesting.

01:37 But I like the Rangers at plus 475.

01:39 I could see the Bruins losing like last year.

01:43 They got blitzed by a younger, faster Florida team out of nowhere in that first round.

01:49 You know who I could see doing that to them this year?

01:50 I could see the Red Wings doing that to Boston in the first round.

01:54 They play a team like Detroit.

01:56 I could see them going in there and really taking that fast-paced, up-and-down style

02:02 to Boston, and they don't like that.

02:05 That's going to be the tricky team, Cam, to watch in the East.

02:08 If they get one of those wild-card spots, they're going to give one of those teams a

02:12 very tough time.

02:13 On the West side of things, the Oilers are the favorite.

02:20 I would never bet on the Oilers.

02:22 I'm stunned that the Oilers are favorites for anything.

02:26 Eastern Conference, Stanley Cup, they never win when it matters.

02:30 Avalanche, I think the Avalanche, the Stars, the Jets, Vegas, I think all those teams would

02:36 beat Edmonton in a seven-game series in the playoffs.

02:40 I just don't understand the number, and God bless them.

02:43 If they get it done, that's Edmonton.

02:44 You can't bet them at that price.

02:46 It's a bad price for Edmonton, and what have they done?
