Kate, Britain's Princess of Wales, said on Friday she was undergoing chemotherapy after tests taken after she had major abdominal surgery in January revealed that cancer had been present. - REUTERS

01:38 The news is the latest major health blow for the British royal family, after King Charles

01:44 revealed in February that he was to have treatment for cancer.

01:53 been found, saying the princess had a right to medical privacy.
