00:00 Welcome to Instant Cooking. Today I am making Choco Almond Cookies.

00:05 For this we need refined flour, sugar, baking soda, butter and some almonds for garnishing.

00:14 Take a strainer, add all purpose flour or refined flour or maida, whatever you say.

00:21 Add quarter teaspoon of baking soda and 2 teaspoon of coca powder.

00:28 Strain them.

00:32 Now mix them.

00:35 I am adding 50 grams of caster sugar and I am adding 50 grams of butter.

00:42 Now make a dough.

00:49 Now we will add crushed almonds or very finely chopped almonds to our dough.

00:58 So our dough is ready. We will take a small portion, roll it and flatten it.

01:05 Make a design using fork.

01:09 Put your cookie, press it just to make an interesting design.

01:17 Now garnish it with almond.

01:25 Similarly make all the cookies.

01:28 Now on preheated oven, 180 degree Celsius, bake it for 25 minutes.
