With Scotland raising its minimum alcohol unit price to 65p, Leeds locals reflect on the initiative and discuss what difference they think such a rise would make in England.

00:39 We had the old licensing laws years ago, where it was 12 at dinner time and 3 in the afternoon.

00:45 And then it was half past 10 at night. Now we've got 24-hour drinking.
