'Palestinian Authority preparing to govern Gaza', say Prime Minister

Palestinian prime minister Mohammad Mustafa says the Palestinian Authority is making reforms to govern Gaza after the war.

01:38 The foreign affairs ministers of Spain and Ireland will also speak to their counterparts

01:42 about the reasons for their recognition of the Palestinian state as a way of breathing

01:46 new life into the two-state solution.

01:48 But as the foreign minister of Spain also said, they'll be calling on other EU countries
