00:09workplaces, communities.

00:12Yet with each passing year

00:14it falls now to those of us who listened in awe to your stories

00:19to pass them on to our own children and grandchildren.

00:24Because only by remembering can we make certain that the cause you fought for

00:30that so many of your friends and colleagues died for

00:34that great cause of freedom, peace and democracy

00:39will never be taken for granted.

00:42That is why we come here today.

00:45That is why we honour our veterans now and always.

00:50And that is why I ask those who can to now rise.
