00:22£127,000 in this day and age. I don't have an answer to that. Obviously it's a

00:31political question. I don't know if there should be more help to buy, more parity

00:39in earnings and property prices. Yes, I think it is difficult. I have struggled

00:49with it myself and just cut our mortgage rates, reduce the mortgage rates and make

00:55it easier to get on the property ladder. That's about it.
