00:04mobility and stretching then i went into a hip thrust again i use this machine just because
00:08it's convenient usually i would use a barbell if i didn't have a machine then i went into a split
00:12squat as you can see i'm leaning forward this hits my glutes a little bit better i feel it more
00:17and then i went into a hamstring curl regular time two to two tempo and then we moved over to a sumo
00:24squat this just hurts when it's at the end of the leg day so this was supersetted with a b-stance
00:31deadlift and that is it guys that is my full workout it was really really sore let me know
