Storms expected to cause travel delays in the Upper Midwest this Thursday

00:00As we take a look at the overall forecast here for the coast-to-coast travel impacts,

00:06you can see some storms rumbling through sections of the Midwest, the Ohio Valley as well.

00:10We're going to be back into some trouble in Chicago, Minneapolis.

00:13Showers and thunderstorms on the map.

00:15Miami, we have scattered thunderstorms into south Florida as well.

00:18Otherwise, we're in better shape for the west coast, the interior west, Dallas,

00:22and the northeast still looking okay and Atlanta also.

00:25But as we get into the weekend, we're going to see more concerns Saturday and Sunday

00:29with an escalating number of flight cancellations because of the heavier rain

00:34and thunderstorms rumbling through the eastern Ohio Valley and into the northeast as well.
