00:00I was out for 18 months. So, and I've been back since November. So I've got, you know,

00:07what is it 10 months or so, nine months since I've returned. And that feeling, like before my

00:14surgery, it was, you know, I was in pain. And I was in more and more pain every month that would

00:20get a little worse. But it was something that was, it was a long time coming. I started having back

00:28issues in my early 30s. I was had a lot of pain, my feet would go numb, and I would have pain

00:34shooting down my legs, and then pain kind of shooting around into my hip. And it was, you

00:40know, I was a grouchy son of a bitch. It was it was very depressing. But when I was told that I'd

00:46never wrestle again, that kind of sent me into a tailspin. And, you know, I definitely I'll admit

00:54it was it was very depressing being at home and not knowing, you know, what my future held.

01:03It was a long time for me to get out of that funk. It wasn't just the six months before the

01:09surgery, but I thought I was a career was over. After the surgery, it was, it was tough to

01:16recuperate from that surgery, recover to the point where I would be able to start training.

01:23But I was so motivated a few months after I got fixed, to where I can start doing stuff in the

01:30gym. I realized, like every day, I just got a little better, a little better. And eventually,

01:38I started packing on weight. And I started like, transforming my body. I was able to do things in

01:45the gym that I hadn't done since I was in my 20s. That gave me like new life. That gave me like,

01:52stability, almost like a body armor, so to speak, that I had never had before.

01:59So I've gotten out of that funk, back on the road. And, you know, I haven't been going crazy

02:07with the schedule. But I've been on TV almost every week since November. And you know, this

02:12might be, you know, cringy to say, but I feel like I'm still in my prime.
