00:15World No. 3 EJ Obiena announced that the International Pole Vault Event

00:23that will be held in the country this month of September will not continue.

00:26It will be followed by his injury in the previous pole vault event,

00:29like the 2024 Paris Olympics, where he finished in 4th place,

00:34and 5th place finish in the 2024 Wonder Diamond Silesia in Poland.

00:40In Obiena's social media post,

00:42he asked all those who were hoping and waiting for the tournament

00:46that some world-class athletes like Emanuel Carrales,

00:51Grace and American Sam Kendricks are expected to attend.

00:53It is possible that the sports event will continue throughout the year.

00:57On the other hand, the 28-year-old athlete said that he will have a meet-and-greet with Filipino fans

01:03this September 15 in Manila Bay Activity Center.
