00:00I have some personal news this morning, it's not great news, not a panda story to finish

00:04the bulletin.

00:05I have been diagnosed with cancer, that's a shock to say and hard to say, but it's a

00:10really good kind, it's called chronic myeloid leukaemia.

00:14So it can be treated with a daily tablet and if I take care of myself I will be completely

00:18absolutely fine, so I feel very, very lucky.

00:21I wanted to share this with you for a couple of reasons, firstly because everyone at home

00:25and here has been here for all the wonderful times, for the engagements and the weddings

00:30and the babies, for all of us, so it felt right to share this with you too.

00:33I know many of you have been in similar situations or much, much worse and come out the other

00:39side of it stronger and more resilient and that's exactly what I plan to do.

00:44I thought I'd go keep it together and I will.

00:47Secondly, the reason I'm telling you is because after I turned 40 I made the decision to prioritise

00:51my health.
