00:00The Department of Justice received an increase in the number of victims of the abuse of Pastor Apollo Quibuloy.

00:07This is what Louisa Erispe reported.

00:11Because the case against KOGC leader Pastor Apollo Quibuloy has just started,

00:17but now, the number of victims is slowly increasing.

00:22In fact, the Department of Justice is now coordinating with the PNP

00:26for an investigation that, because of the number of young victims of the alleged religious leader,

00:32who was also raped by Alias Amanda.

00:35For us, there are some victims who approached us and asked to file their cases.

00:42So now, we will coordinate with the PNP to see if their victims are really ready to file their cases.

00:51We will coordinate with them to file their new cases.

00:55The DOJ is also ready to include in the Witness Protection Program those who identified as victims of the abuse of Pastor Apollo Quibuloy.

01:03For the other victims, if they want to be included in the Witness Protection Program, we are ready for that.

01:09They approached us, we will refer them to the WPP and we will coordinate with them to make an arrangement.

01:21In the possible release of the extradition request against Pastor Apollo Quibuloy,

01:26the DOJ said that Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulia has information that the official request of the United States is about to be released.

01:35It will pass through the Department of Foreign Affairs and the DOJ will study its legality based on the existing law in the country.

01:43Meanwhile, in the investigation that the DOJ is conducting,

01:47up to the D.O., the graves found in Purak, Pampanga, have information that the bodies are inside the Lucky Self 99 compound.

01:56But they will only know this when the court issues a search warrant for them to enter the facility.

02:03What we know is that the bodies are inside the compound.

02:08So let's see if the court will issue a search warrant. Let's see what will happen.

02:15It is expected that next week, the DOJ and the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission and other law enforcement agencies

02:24will issue an application for a search warrant for Pogo Hubs in Purak, Pampanga.
