00:00The former US President Donald Trump has been rescued from a new assassination attempt against him.

00:07It happened in a golf club in Florida.

00:11The suspect, Ryan Wesley Routh, 58 years old, from Hawaii, was immediately identified.

00:19The suspect left behind an AK-47 style gun, a GoPro camera, and two backpacks.

00:27US Vice President Kamala Harris condemned the incident and said that there is no place for terrorism in America.

00:35This is the second time that there has been an assassination plot against Trump.

00:41Last July, a man attempted to kill the former president in the middle of a campaign rally in Pennsylvania.
