00:00Jack McMillan, Olympic medal winner here at the SSE Arena. Jack, how has life been

00:06since Paris? Yeah it's been pretty crazy to be fair and I think obviously it's

00:12been about two months now since the Games has ended and you know it's

00:17been it's been a you know a nice a nice little you know celebration and

00:24especially here at the SSE Arena you know I think tonight's gonna be gonna be

00:27great and you know I just took a two-week break there from training so

00:32I'm just getting getting back into it slowly but I know it's been a great

00:36few months. Very good and some 5,000 people here tonight here

00:42obviously to congratulate you and to give you your formal welcome as a medal

00:46winner are you excited about this? Yeah I know definitely I think you know it's

00:50Northern Ireland's most successful Olympic Games so I think this kind of

00:54celebration you know really helps sport and just helps everyone get engaged and

00:58involved in in Olympics because almost everyone comes every four years so to

01:02have a massive celebration for this is it's great and yeah I hope everyone has a

01:07great night tonight. And tell me what about any future goals then at the

01:10minute in swimming that you can tell us about? Yeah I mean I'm just kind of

01:15slowly getting back into it at the moment and kind of taking this side of

01:19the year quite easy and then we've got World Championships next year in

01:22Singapore and then the year after that obviously the Commonwealth Games has

01:25just been announced that's in Glasgow so we're looking forward to that and then

01:29obviously in the longer term then hopefully LA again.
