00:00Flooding in some places in Naga City is rampant due to the storm Christine.

00:07The local government immediately conducted rescue operations. Here is the report.

00:15A large part of Bicol Region is submerged in flood.

00:18Naga City and Camarinesur are included, following the effect of Tropical Storm Christine.

00:23This is even though there is no flood in the area due to its wide circulation.

00:29A large part of Lungsod is affected by the flood, where others were affected.

00:33Last night, Lungsod was the first to call for additional trucks and other assets for rescue operations in the government and private sector.

00:42This is to pass through areas with 3 to 6 floors.

00:47According to Naga City Mayor Nelson Legacion,

00:50they first regrouped with rescuers from PNP, AFP, BFP, and Philippine Coast Guard for deployment.

00:59This is because of areas where the flood is deep and 10-wheeler trucks cannot enter, so rescue boats deployed.

01:08Before this, Lungsod was the first to carry out a pre-emptive evacuation.

01:13The LGU continues to distribute information on where the public can ask for help.

01:20In the part of the Provincial Government of Camarinesur,

01:23the mandatory evacuation in areas affected by floods and landslides is being carried out.

01:30According to Camarinesur Governor Luigi Villafuerte, LGUs in the barangays should be able to coordinate to discuss this.

01:38Because of the widespread flooding,

01:40the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Bicol Emergency Operations Center said last night

01:46that it is not able to respond to the calls for flood relief.

01:50Camarinesur, Albay, and Naga City are heavily affected by the floods.

01:55They instructed the affected residents that if possible,

01:58they should first find a safe place and try to respond to these calls.
