ಜಾತಿಗಣತಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ತೀವ್ರ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಧ್ಯೆಯೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ(2025) ಜನಗಣತಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ, 2026ರ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ Sources have said that the central government will start the census from next year (2025) and complete it by 2026 amid increasing pressure from the opposition parties to conduct the caste census.
