00:13judge, who was read in the court this morning, has clearly stated that what was stated by

00:23Tan Sri Muhyiddin to me is false and baseless.

00:29DAP Chairman Lim Guan Eng said he was happy with the Kuala Lumpur High Court's decision

00:34which found former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin liable for defamation against him.

00:39Judicial Commissioner Rosmawa Rozain has ordered Muhyiddin to pay Lim 1.35 million ringgit

00:45in damages, as well as to retract the three offending statements.

00:49Lim said Muhyiddin had wrongly accused him of being involved in the government's decision

00:53to revoke a tax exemption previously given to Yayasan Al-Bukhari.

00:57This has not happened at all.

01:00Even though I have asked him to show evidence, he has failed to do so.
