00:14In a tropical cyclone bulletin issued at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 16, the Philippine

00:20Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration warned that Pepito

00:25is approaching its peak intensity.

00:28Citing radar imagery, PAGASA noted that the intensity of Pepito may begin to stabilize

00:34or slightly decrease in the coming hours.

00:36However, it noted that if the ongoing eyewall replacement process is completed before its

00:42passage over Catanduanes, the super typhoon could resume intensifying.

00:48Philippines to import rice due to typhoon's damages to the agricultural sector.

00:54President Marcos revealed that the country would have to import rice to compensate for

00:58the agricultural damages caused by the recent typhoons that hit the country in just three

01:04According to Marcos, the Department of Agriculture informed him of a possible importation of
