00:00Hi, I'm Chris from Warsaw FC Foundation. I'm the manager for health and well-being.

00:05We're currently at our Tuesday walking football session at Snead Community Association.

00:10This is all in aid of the EFL Week of Action.

00:13We're just showcasing what we're doing on this particular day, walking football.

00:17We've been running there for over 10 years.

00:19It's one of the longest running programmes in the country.

00:22We want to really showcase what the guys are doing and the amount of people that we are involved in

00:27from all different backgrounds.

00:29It's great to see. Obviously, we were supposed to be outside this morning but the snow has paid to that.

00:34We've still had enough turn-up and we've still got this hall available.

00:37It's great to continue the session as normal.
