00:00Russian government is a effectively a criminal organization and any opportunity

00:29they have to cheat, they take that opportunity and it's not just in sports.

00:50The reason we started whistleblowing because we saw that there is a problem in our home

00:55country and it's unfortunate that there are corrupt sports officials setting up this

01:04I'm pleased to understand that Russia have got the clear message that they do have a

01:09problem to deal with and they have taken action.
