00:37The Philippine Constitution says the President has the power to nominate a legislator from the Senate
00:42or the House of Representatives to fill the vacancy left in the office of the Vice President.
00:46I really believe that we have reached the point of no return.
00:50They are really going after me.
00:57And they really want to remove me from my position.
01:03Meantime, Vice President Duterte declines to answer questions about her alleged controversial misuse of funds.
01:09Asked about how her office was found to be violating the rules of confidential funds use

01:17I will not answer a question that Bons Magsupol said that there is a violation of the JMC.
