Christmas has come early for this southwest town, watching their first community crop
00:09
being harvested.
00:10
So it's quite exciting really, yeah, for the community, the local community of Boyarbrook.
00:16
Local farmers have offered up their time and land to grow a variety of crops.
00:22
And he's kindly donated 36 hectares of his own farm for the Boyarbrook community and
00:26
it's, yeah, he's put it into barley.
00:29
Aiming to raise tens of thousands of dollars for the town.
00:33
Yeah, it's very exciting and hopefully bigger things to come.
00:37

00:43
facilities.
00:44
It just gives us a hope for our future.
00:48
Aiming to replace these decades old buildings.
00:52
It'll be a refurbishment of the current building that we're standing in front of, currently
00:57
the football club rooms.
00:58
However, this will become our sporting club room, so everyone will have a space and be
01:05
able to use the facility.
01:07
It also has opened up dialogue with the children around town for what the possibility is by
01:15
doing this and being involved in it.
01:18
It's so big.
01:20
Okay, hello.
01:22

01:26
for the town.
01:28
It's a great initiative because it lets anyone become involved and learn about life living
