00:43the last things he said about Ukraine, so I come to Russia, saying that yes we are working

00:49for peace but we know to have peace we cannot abandon Ukraine.

00:52EU High Representative Kaya Kalas went on to address the risk posed by what she called

00:58the weaponising of migration, stressing the need for proactivity in the face of criminal

01:03gangs and the strain on resources.
