00:06This is one of them who lost their way because of the heavy traffic.

00:12This is Pat and Jesus' story.

00:15Jean ran home to her province this Christmas Eve.

00:19But she prepared herself because of the heavy traffic in Camarines Sur that she has been experiencing for a few days.

00:28There's no other choice.

00:30The traffic is 5 to 6 hours.

00:33This is where I'll be spending my Christmas Eve.

00:35I mean, during the trip.

00:36So you're expecting to be here?

00:37Yes.

00:37So I'll be here tomorrow.

00:40Because of this, the bus trip to Bicol is affected and there's still a delay.

00:45It's a big problem because we left at 8.30 at the CBD terminal.

00:53Last night?

00:54Last night, we were supposed to arrive here at 5 in the morning.

01:00Now, we arrived at 12 in the afternoon.

01:05The schedule of the trip to Bicol's terminal has been adjusted.

01:09They are already saying goodbye to the passengers.

01:12For now, there's still enough bus, but the trip to Bicol is already fully booked.

01:17But there are still passengers coming here.

01:21So what we're doing is, we're just updating them here.

01:24We're announcing that we will adjust the time because the buses are being stuck in Lope, Ragay.

01:33The police continues to assist in controlling the traffic,

01:37especially since it's expected that there will still be a lot of people traveling this Christmas.

01:41In the Philippine National Police, we have 200 buses on the Maharlika Highway and Andaya Highway.

01:54There are two routes from Manila.

01:58We have light vehicles passing through Labo Daet Road, the Maharlika Road.

02:07And for Andaya, the buses and trucks are here so that the vehicles will not be congested.

02:17The situation in Busa Cubaw Terminal has become more relaxed.

02:21At Araneta City Bus Port, the passengers are also relaxed and comfortable.

02:26There are trips to Baguio, once in the morning and in the afternoon.

02:29There are also trips to Pangasinan via Dao, Pampanga and Tarlac,

02:33even to Lucena and Batangas.

02:35For a while, a special permit was approved for buses to Calamba, Laguna.

02:41If there is a flight, there is a shuttle here to various terminals in Naia.

02:46Our buses are enough to enter and we have coordination with the bus companies.

02:52As of now, they can go straight to the bus and they will be ticketed there.

03:08MMDA is allowing the passage of provincial buses to EDSA,

03:12where from tomorrow, December 25, they will be allowed 24x7

03:17until January 3 of the holiday season.
