00:00Meanwhile, one has been caught in the wind due to the bad weather conditions of different weather systems including Shirline and ITCZ.

00:10According to the Office of Civil Defense, this is the Brongan Eastern Summer due to flooding.

00:17As of 1 a.m. today, the Office of Civil Defense recorded floods in the Calabar Zone,

00:25Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Davao Region.

00:30In the Calabar Zone, Kerson Province was particularly affected where 10 places were flooded.

00:36In Mimaropa, more than 10,000 families were affected by the floods.

00:42More than 10 places in Camarinas were also flooded.

00:47The effects of the bad weather in Davao Region were also not escaped,

00:50especially in Davao del Sur and Davao Occidental.
