00:18Here are three dishes that you must try

00:25To start our meal we're gonna start off with the chooza

00:30It's the most beautiful smoky charred tandoor chicken instead of using that classic

00:35Tandoori masala mix they do their own blend using those Kenyan spices as well

00:43Yeah, look at that falls right off the bone

00:47Mmm a little bit crispy on the outside, but so tender and juicy still on the inside you get that nice beautiful spice

01:08The next dish we have is the mutton keema chapati

01:12They've taken some fresh chapati stuffed it with this beautiful spiced mutton keema

01:17Dip it in egg and they lightly sear it so that it's just cooked you get that nice crispy texture

01:23And it's still fluffy and gives you that almost late-night ultimate snack

01:33Mmm you still get that flaky crispy chapati. It's like the perfect combination and perfect bite

01:41Finally we have the Poussin this is the magical dish that comes with that secret sauce

01:48As much as I can figure out they just take a fresh chicken

01:51Throw it straight into the fryer and the moment it comes out of the fryer

01:55They dunk it in this vat of butter and they cover it with this magical spice the most
