00:08Two geoheritage parks are located in Udaipur city.

00:15The first one is Jhamarkotra Fossil Park.

00:19The second one is Jivashma Park, which is about 200 crore years old.

00:23Jivashma was developed on the shores of the sea in the surrounding areas of Udaipur.

00:32The Jivashma told us how life was created on the earth.

00:38At the time of the creation of life, cyanobacteria, or archaebacteria, formed large colonies of life.

00:49With these colonies, rock phosphate was trapped in it.

00:53Because of this, stromatolites were formed there.

00:56These stromatolites are 200 crore years old.

00:59They are very important.

01:03The second geoheritage site is Zawarki.

01:07In Zawarki, we find lead, zinc, silver and cadmium.

01:13Lead and zinc are about 200 crore years old.

01:20They were also mined in Rajasthan around 3000 years ago.

01:25That is, it was mined around 800 years ago.

01:28Our ancestors developed this technique very well.

01:32Ancient mining was done there.

01:34With the help of that mining, we have developed the mining that is going on today.
