00:00The Philippines will serve as the host of the ASEAN Tourism Forum in 2026.

00:05In a ceremonial turnover held at the Johor International Convention Center in Malaysia,

00:11Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia-Frasco formally accepted the chairmanship for the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026.

00:19The ASEAN Tourism Ministers' Meeting in Cebu is expected to be held here in January next year.

00:25According to Frasco, aside from talking to the police,

00:29this is an opportunity for the personnel to see the great potential of sustainable tourism growth in the region.

00:35Travel Exchange, Travex Trade Show, and other conferences that are part of the ATF 2026 are also included in the activity.

00:44The 36th UN Tourism Joint Commission Meeting for the Asia-Pacific and South Asia

00:52and the inaugural UN Tourism Regional Forum on Gastronomy-Tourism last year.
