00:11finalists on the show following a successful journey from local stages in the Philippines

00:16to the global K-Pop scene. Before joining Universe League, JL was part of the P-Pop Boy Group Plus,

00:22which debuted in March 2023 under SB Town. He trained for four years at the SB Talent Camp,

00:28steadily built his career performing in front of local audiences before pursuing his K-Pop dreams.

00:34In his audition for Universe League, he performs Crush's Beautiful and later Wow's Mentors with

00:39his group's performance of One and Only. His talent led all three teams to choose him as

00:44their first pick, a first in the show's history. If JL wins the Universe League,

00:49it is another milestone for Filipino artists breaking into the global K-Pop scene,

00:53joining the ranks of Jelly Danka, Alicia Parmesano, and Zofia La Forteza.
