00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. urged government senior and mid-level executives to uphold

00:05good governance and transparency.

00:08The chief executive addressed the graduates of the One Development Academy of Philippines

00:12and underscored that the country is in need of leaders who are committed to looking out

00:17for the greater good.

00:19He further says that leaders should always embody the ideals of a new Philippines, always

00:24choosing a difficult right over a convenient or easy wrong.

00:27Furthermore, the leader of the land says that his administration will always strive to make

00:32sure that all budget allocations and expenditures of government will improve the lives of Filipinos

00:38and help the country thrive.
