00:00I have a list of all of the PGA tour venues, and so I made a couple of exclusions. All right. So

00:08I did not include any major venues on this list. I did not include any one off venues. So,

00:14for example, I did not include Philly Cricket this year, which is hosting the truest because

00:20the Quail Hollow is the, you know, the place that tournament is normally hosted,

00:24but it's hosting the PGA Championship this year. I included Riviera, even though we'll not be

00:28holding this year's version of the Genesis because of the fires in Los Angeles. I omitted

00:33events like the Canadian Open and the BMW Championship that have rotating venues,

00:37and I omitted opposite field events and fall events. But here's what I want to do, Smiley,

00:42is in like eye doctor office visit fashion. I want to start with Pebble Beach. I want to go

00:49through with each of these courses, and you tell me whether it ranks above or below that course,

00:54and we're just going to start making a list here. And I think where I'd love to end up is like,

00:58what do we have of our top five or top ten courses on this list? And does that feel like

01:03the right amount of good venues for the best tour in the world? So once we have Pebble Beach,

01:08Kapalua, better or worse than Pebble Beach, in your opinion? Worse. Okay,

01:12so we'll go Kapalua there. Wiley, better or worse than Kapalua?

01:20It's better in Kapalua. Okay, and then better or worse than Pebble?

01:25Um, it is. Yes, you're right. It's perfect. Right in between Pebble and Kapalua.

01:31Okay. Pete Dye Stadium course, better or worse than Kapalua?

01:34It's, uh, oh gosh, man. When do I start triggering the haters here? Because I'm

01:44thinking about putting this above Pebble. Wow, I love it. No, this, this is, this is great.

01:50This is your list. You get to make whatever you want it to be. So I'm assuming it's,

01:54it's above Kapalua and Wiley then, right? The only reason why I would say that,

02:00yeah, it's, it's above Pebble. You gotta, you gotta hit more shots.

02:07I mean, Pebble, just think about it. Like it's an, it's incredible. Um, it's an iconic venue. Like

02:12we talk about it's, but it's, you know, a lot of wedge shots, really, really small greens.

02:18The weather kind of has to play a factor for it to be, uh, somewhat difficult. You know,

02:23you could play Pebble when it's firm and that's when it's great. Like when, when Pebble's firm,

02:28it's great. But when we watch it on TV for this event, this was the firmest I've seen it. It

02:34actually had like a bit of bounce to it, but for the most part, you're zipping things back.

02:38So we're comparing this Pebble beach AT&T week. I think, uh, the, the players, uh, is,

02:50is a better golf course for when they play it. Now, if you say the U S open Pebble beach,

02:56it's above the stadium.
